Every
U.S. employee of Lexus was present for a
week-long, regional, training
session. The objective of the training was to reposition the Lexus
brand and to increase the understanding of how every individual
plays a part in making the Lexus brand what it is.
Employees
work on one aspect (one map) of the brand strategy per day.
On the fifth day they see how it all comes together.
